As a community health center, our vision is to make a difference in the communities we serve by striving to eliminate health disparities and racism; responding to diverse health care needs; and improving the quality of life for the medically underserved.

Statement of Commitment
PCHC is committed to building upon our longstanding history of providing primary care such as prenatal, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, adult medicine and elder care. In meeting the growing needs of our current and future patients, we will continue to provide specialty care services, school-based services, and community-focused patient education.
We affirm explicitly and unequivocally our identity as an anti-racist organization, and we are committed to continuous structural examination and remediation of all forms of bias in our organization and communities.
