• Mail in your renewal application and supporting documents to P.O. Box 8709, Cranston, Rhode Island 02920-8787
• Call HealthSource RI at 1-855-840-4774 Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Call United Way at 2-1-1 for help accessing your account or to learn more about the technology resources that are available.
